What is intellectual rigor?

In short, to approach a subject with intellectual rigor is to think, listen, talk, read, write (or even draw) about that particular subject in a way that:

  • is sustained
  • accounts for multiple perspectives
  • and is logically coherent.

In the coming months, we’ll talk a lot more about intellectual rigor here on our blog.
